About the Founder

Executive Chef Angel Lopez has spent over a decade shaping a remarkable career in the culinary world, bringing a unique blend of expertise, creativity, and passion to every dish he creates. Originally from Guatemala, Chef Angel moved to Las Vegas at the age of 18, immersing himself in the dynamic restaurant scene. His talent and dedication quickly earned him roles at some of the city’s most prestigious establishments, including Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars Palace, Sadelle’s at Bellagio, and Elio at Wynn, where he worked alongside legendary chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Mario Carbone, and Enrique Olvera.

With a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to his craft, Chef Angel has embarked on his most personal venture yet: The Naughty Angel, a refined modern restaurant inspired by the timeless sophistication of classic French cuisine. This fine-dining experience is a culmination of his journey, offering guests a menu that blends traditional techniques with contemporary creativity.

The Naughty Angel showcases a selection of expertly crafted dishes that highlight Chef Angel’s mastery of flavor and presentation. Guests can indulge in signature offerings such as the 32-ounce picanha steak, a luscious 28-ounce French-cut ribeye draped in fresh herb butter, and the 8-ounce prime filet mignon renowned for its unparalleled tenderness. Other standout creations include the Seared Duck Breast, complemented by potatoes au gratin and roasted pepper aioli, and the richly flavored braised lamb shanks, slow-cooked in red wine and aromatic herbs.
