Executive Chef Angel Lopez brings over a decade of culinary expertise to The Naughty Angel, a modern fine-dining destination inspired by the timeless elegance of classic French cuisine. Originally from Guatemala, he honed his craft in some of Las Vegas’s most renowned restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen, Sadelle’s at Bellagio, and Elio at Wynn. Now, as owner and executive chef, he combines traditional techniques with contemporary creativity to craft a menu that celebrates bold flavors and refined presentation. Signature dishes like the 32-ounce picanha steak, Seared Duck Breast with potatoes au gratin, and braised lamb shanks showcase Chef Angel’s dedication to quality and innovation.
